A New Orleans Civil War Related Colt Revolver, 1849 model, .31 cal. pocket pistol made 1856-1857, marked W.A. (Washington Artillery, New Orleans) and E. S. Drew - Surgeon, S.N. 102913 all matching. Note: E. S. Drew was a surgeon for the elite Washington Artillery of New Orleans, during the Civil War. The silver plating is all original; blueing is mostly gone, and cylinder has been mistreated, but overall the gun looks good. Note: Case not original
